The Hanson House

The Hanson House, renovated in 2019 is a fully furnished, three bedroom, two bath, farm house, in the heart of Chautauqua County nature heaven! This home sits on over 125 acres of land with direct, on-property access to the snowmobile trail. The property also sits close to state land, hiking and biking trails, Cockaigne Ski Resort, many golf courses and Chautauqua Lake! The home also features plenty of parking for trailers, snowmobiles, or other outdoor equipment. Reserve now! Very cozy, newly renovated house in a country setting with easy access to snowmobiling, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing, golfing, fishing, boating and so much more. Or just roam the property and enjoy the woods, fields and pond. We also provide a picnic table, fire ring and gas grill so you can maximize your outdoor time. Guests will have private access to the entire house giving them about 1,600 sq feet of space to enjoy their time indoors as well as their time outdoors. Contact us if you need anything during your stay. The neighborhood is a beautiful country setting with loads of privacy and plenty of room to roam. There is no public transportation nearby. There is ample space on the grounds to park all of your vehicle(s). Note: Maximum 8 guests, there will be an additional $50.00 charge per person, per night, above six guests. Guests who want to bring a pet must notify us prior to booking and will be required to pay an additional $150 cleaning fee and provide their own linens.
