Cozy getaway in Cold Spring

Sweet studio attached to our house w/updated kitchen & bathroom on a dead-end street backed up to a nature preserve. We have parking for those arriving by car & are a block from the train if coming up from the city. Walking distance to everything (Main St is 2 blocks away!) We welcome all types of folks and your lovely pets as well. We're here for your needs & offer as much contact or privacy as you like! In the summer, an outdoor shower is available to you as well through the backyard. The apartment is attached to our house, and the entrance is connected to the driveway. You are welcome to enjoy the backyard (although our nine year old, dog, or cats may come over and say hi!) The entire apartment is available to you. It isn't huge, but cozy and restful. We are usually home next door for questions or reachable by phone. We can direct you to hikes walks, shops and restaurants that meet your desires for your stay. We're pretty hands off once you're there—reach out if you want/need us! Cold Spring is perfect for a weekend getaway with a thriving local marketplace and fabulous restaurants. You can't beat the view of the river from the waterfront. Close to some of the greatest hiking in the area, which offers spectacular views of the valley. Our street is a quiet, level dead end. We are just a block from the train. No car necessary if you're coming up from the city! If you need car service for local excursions, or to get to the airport, we have a friend with car service who often takes our guests and Cold spring recently got Uber! We have dogs and cats on the property. They are friendly. Your pet is welcome if well-behaved and leashed in the neighborhood.
