Winter views of the lake. Fresh tomatoes in season. Drive or walk to a picnic area with lake access. Kayaks, a 5-seat Sun Dolphin paddle boat, and life vests are available for use. Two Sandy beaches with swimming area are in either direction. Two waterfalls for hiking are available around the lake. Pontoon boats available to rent at Hall's Boat House by half day. Tallulah Gorge Park is four miles south. The highest state park in Georgia Black Rock Mountain State park is 3 miles north of Clayton. The quaint town of Clayton with bustling shops and restaurants is ten miles north. Raft down the Chattooga River which is 8 miles from Clayton. Available guided trips.
