Spacious and separate basement apartment with plenty of light. Conveniently located and ideal for an individual or a couple looking for a place to relax, vacation, or work from home. We have a separate wifi connection so you will always have high speed internet access at your fingertips. We do our best to make sure your spot is always cozy and well stocked and any missing amenities can be quickly provided at your request. There is a private separate entrance and an abundance of free parking. You will have private access to your separate living quarters including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, a separate place to relax with a comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows. There is a bus stop across the street and DC is easily accessible by car, bus, & metro. Free onsite parking! Our place is deep cleaned and sanitized after each guest with additional cleaning supplies provided. Guest pool passes can be provided June- August upon request with advance notice. We are private and respect our guest's privacy but are readily available to help with directions or answer questions. We also speak Spanish! A code will be given at check in for convenient self entry. Bus stop literally across the street. Metro station 10 min car ride or 30 min bus ride. Washington DC 30-40 min by car, depending on traffic. Fillable metro cards can be provided upon your request. Onsite parking!
