Private room and mostly-private bath in Pikesville

This is a spacious bedroom in the basement of our home. A full bath is adjacent. We have a long term renter (a friend of many years) who has use of the bathroom but he is very considerate and respectful of privacy when we have guests. If that's a problem, we have another listing, for a two-bed bedroom on the second floor, with a private bath. We live in a lovely, quiet and very safe neighborhood five minutes from the Baltimore Beltway and a Metro station. Convenient to shopping. You'll enjoy a private entrance to the basement, a quiet, peaceful environment, and a media room to unwind. There's also a refrigerator and microwave adjacent to the bedroom. There is a large deck at the rear of the house, facing a wooded area. When the weather is nice it's a great place to relax. Guests will have access to the bedroom, full bath, and media room. Generally the remainder of the (rather large) basement is also available. We will be available throughout most stays. Besides being quiet and picturesque, our neighborhood is convenient to everything, including multiple groceries, restaurants, convenience stores, Target and Walmart. We are just five minutes from the Beltway (695) and a Metro station. Within 20 minutes you can be downtown. We have a small home daycare at the time of this writing. The daycare operates 9:30am to 3:30pm weekdays.
