Waterfront Cottage Fenelon Falls Bobcaygeon

My four season waterfront cottage is between Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, next to Egan Ridge Golf Course on Sturgeon Lake. You’ll enjoy the sunsets over the lake, the outdoor gas fireplace, and BBQ on the large deck, and the gorgeous views of the lake from many rooms. This peaceful cottage is also great for swimming and fishing off the dock. A double kayak and paddle board are available for guests. There is golfing in summer and cross country skiing in the winter, right next door At Egan Ridge. This space in on the water with spectacular views and next to a golf course, spa and great restaurant. It is beautiful in all seasons. Take a look at this video to explore the space!! In winter the golf course allows cross country skiing and snow shoeing. For guests coming in winter I advise checking the driveway for ice prior to parking down the hill. There is parking on top of the driveway as well. You can reach me anytime by phone. This cottage is a quiet enclave of cottages and sits nestled right up against the golf course, restaurant and spa. It is between two quaint towns of Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon. Several vehicles can park on the property. It is walking distance to the gold course. There is a staircase of four steps from the dock to the water and a ladder off the dock. Although I do not allow pets, the owner has recently gotten a dog which comes occasionally.
