YOU GET THE ENTIRE BASEMENT 1000 SQ FEET BASEMENT HERE! My house is close to freeways, minutes from Beaumont hospital, and close to some of the biggest shopping centers of the U.S. Guests get the entire basement (Approx 1000 SQ feet) and use of kitchen. Basement also has a billiards and ping pong table. Parking is in front of house in street. You get the entire basement to yourself! We don't share the basement with you. It's entire finished and updated. Includes a pool/ping pong table as well. Entire basement which includes a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a couch that 3 people can sleep on. I’m always available! Text, call or reach out as needed. The neighborhood is VERY nice. We have a quiet neighborhood and are close to some beautiful parks. A bike ride or a walk outside is very nice around here. Please make sure to keep everything clean and respect that people are right above you in the house.
