Newly remodeled, 1350sqft, modern top floor condo in South Portland. Perfect for a weekend visit or a extended work from home stay for telecommuting professionals. Views of Mt. St. Helen's, Mt Hood and the Willamette River. Close to shopping and dining. Gated entry, secure indoor garage parking. Walking distance to the Willamette River, Downtown Portland, OHSU, South Water Front, Selwood and easy access to the extensive Portland Trails network. Truly one of the best locations in Portland. Our condo features, incredible lighting, a full home audio system, large modern appliances, bright, cozy, warm and conformable with all of the features one would expect form a top floor condo. Large spacious master bathroom with European tile shower, 2 oversize smart tv's, secure hi speed wired and wireless internet, wood floors throughout and beautiful artwork adorning the walls. The condo has two separate work from home office spaces for telecommuting. Take a cold beer from our community stocked beer/refreshment refrigerator when you check in and leave one for the next guest if you would like. We also have two bikes available for exploring Portland and the surrounding area if you wish. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home excluding the two small owner closets. Currently due to the exterior restoration project the private deck on the condo is not accessible. We are available by phone, text and AirB&B message to answer any of your questions. We may also be available in person from time to time. Johns Landing is truly the undiscovered gem of Portland. Unlike many of the overly popular crowded neighborhoods in Portland, Johns Landing remains quite, safe and friendly. We have very easy access to all of Portland, OHSU, Lake Oswego, Downtown and the Willamette River with lots of street side parking. Easy on and off access to i5 and i84. Our neighborhood is made up of professionals, retirees and families. Missing are the hipsters and homeless that you will find in many of the other neighborhoods in Portland. We have many great restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops within blocks of our condo and Zupans upscale grocery store is just 100 feet away. Feel free to ask us for recommendations and we can point you in the right direction. Access to Willamette park is a 200 foot walk. Enjoy Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Boating, Tennis, Soccer and just relaxing in the Sun. Enjoy riding your bike, running or walking along the river on the private bike path without the worries of traffic. The path makes a 11 mile loop of the Willamette River through Downtown between the Sellwood and Steel Bridges. The main living space offers incredible views of Mt. St. Helen's and Mt. Hood, the Willamette River with waning views of the OHSU Tran and Downtown. Johns Landing offers some of the easiest access to all of Portland. Uber and Lift are available and can take you anywhere you need for a very reasonable price. Electric Scooters from Lime and Bird are also available and a few are usually parked at our complex for your rental. There is also a Classic Trolley 150 feet from our door that takes you along the river to Lake Oswego and the South Waterfront where you can access the entire MAX network of Street Cars and Trains. There is a bus stop 130 feet from the house if you prefer to ride the bus. Of Course we recommend parking your car in the secure parking spot and using the abundant forms of alternative transportation our neighborhood or just walking or riding a bike. Please note our building is currently undergoing a exterior restoration project. This includes siding, painting and new deck surfaces and coatings. There could be some construction activities and noise M-F 9am-5pm. Please message us if you have any questions. Additionally, the 4th story private balcony off the main living area is not available for guests during the duration of the project. During the project published prices have already been discounted 40% from the regular rates. The project is due to be finished 12/1/2021. A 4:00 pm check-in is not guaranteed.
