Whip up your favorite recipes in the fully-equipped kitchen and choose to dine indoors or out on the deck. This home is the perfect mountain getaway. Soothe your muscles in the convenient jetted tub in the master tub or snuggle up with your lovely dog in the living area as the fireplace warms up the entire place. What's nearby: The town of Idyllwild is just under four miles away. Explore the Village for shopping, dining, and nightlife. For a day hike, head to Humber Park which boasts numerous trails with breathtaking views, just over six miles away. Spend the day at the Idyllwild Nature Center, just three and a half miles away, for snow play in the winter or picnicking in the warmer months. As with many mountain homes, there is no AC Please note that there is a Ring camera mounted on the front door, however this camera is only active when the home is unoccupied. A 4x4 or tire chains may be required during the winter months If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: No parking in the driveway during snow or potential snow. Plenty of parking below the house in the cul-de-sac. There's a parking platform parallel to the inclined driveway with steps leading up towards the garage. The garage is not available to the guest. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
