The Lodge

Surrounded by woods and within walking distance to the lake, lies the Lodge. Our massive pavilion with indoor waterfall and huge river rock fireplace is perfect for your outdoor living. We only allow 1 dog for an extra fee & must be leashed when outside ( Neighborhood rules) & crated when alone. MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN! We do not allow any ATVs to be ridden in our neighborhood. Per city code. You may bring them to ride at by crossbar ranch. The Lodge is a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home nestled in the woods. It has 2 huge decks on either side of the living room, One is completely covered and overlooks our pavilion and waterfall. It’s the perfect place for your morning coffee. The Lodge is at the end of the road and is within walking distance to the lake. We have a fire pit, outdoor grill, and an outdoor shower. We also have a pavilion that is over 2,000 square feet. It is equipped with beautiful lights a corner waterfall, a massive river rock fireplace and is perfect for your outdoor entertainment. Our 50 foot waterfall with over 5 falls is perfect for photos or just relaxing. *** YOU WILL HAVE THE PAVILION ALL TO YOURSELF UNLESS YOU ARE ALSO RENTING ANOTHER HOME OF OURS WITH THE LODGE.*** ***For groups wanting to have the ultimate family place, we do have The Cottage across the street from the Lodge, and The Cabin is down the same road. This makes a perfect family stay for larger families who want to be close together, yet still have their own space. And with our massive 2,000sq ft Pavilion everyone can still gather for meals, or just having a place to visit. Please understand, we honestly WANT our guests to experience the best possible get away they can. However, due to some unfortunate happenings we have had to add in the following rules below. PLEASE NOTE THE USE OF THE PAVILION IS ONLY FOR THE GUESTS WHO HAVE EITHER RENTED THE LODGE, OR THE LODGE AND AT LEAST ONE OF OUR OTHER HOMES. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE RENTED OTHER HOMES THAT ARE NOT OURS. THE PAVILION / HOMES ARE NOT FOR ANY EVENTS, PARTIES OF ANY KIND, WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR TO COMING.* EVENTS HAVE TO BE PRE APPROVED AND ARE CHARGED EXTRA! IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOU TO LEAVE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. PLEASE NOTE: OUR NEIGHBORS ARE NOTIFIED ON EVENTS WE APPROVE. AND WE OURSELVES ARE CLOSE BY. Come watch the wildlife, relax to the sounds of waterfalls, go on a scavenger hunt through the nature trail, and make precious memories. Whole house, 2,000 square feet Pavilion. This is a retirement community, So it is quite and extremely peaceful. Nature is all around us, from the deer grazing in our yards, to watching Bald Eagles and Ospreys hunt for food, the perfect sounds of songbirds in the morning, and our hiking trails through the woods where you can be in awe of our wildflowers, the canopy of the trees, the occasional red foxes, and once you top the hill, your gasp at the amazing beauty of our lake.
