Guests have full private home and yard access. I will be available for any questions/communication a guest feels is needed. However, I expect you'll find my notes left for guests sufficient as far as information is concerned. The neighborhood is in the heart of the North Fork and all its known for. Beautiful blocks for evening walks & star gazing, along with views of picturesque country club green and horses/barns from the deep treed yard. Very convenient main road location. Walking distance to bus/jitney, small village and even a couple of vineyards. Large driveway. Home is available/ offered for full summer rental July 1st - August 31st 2021. Pets only upon approval only, at additional fee. This is not a party house. Parties/events are not permitted unless otherwise approved by homeowner.
