Whether looking for a relaxing getaway or a fisherman’s oasis, the Hampton House boasts excitement for all. The Hampton House is the perfect private getaway. The house features an open kitchen and living room area for easy entertaining with beautiful tile throughout. The fully furnished living space has a sectional couch with two additional chairs for comfortable seating and a smart tv to stream your favorite channels after a day on the patio. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking necessities such as pots and pans, bakeware, plates, silverware and glasses. Enjoy the ease of having a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, George Forman mini grill, stainless steal appliances as well as wine glasses and champagne flutes to make your stay feel as luxurious as the views. The guest bedroom features two double beds with memory foam mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows. The master suite features a king memory foam bed with hypoallergenic pillows onlooking the beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The master also features a four seasons room off the back with two rockers and a day bed to enjoy the view. Once the sun goes down, enjoy the smart TV in room. Each of the three bathrooms in the house come fully stocked with towels and wash clothes to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Outside boasts a large deck off the kitchen with an unobstructed view of the river. Just a few steps down is a concrete patio for more outdoor relaxation or the perfect fishing post. For the boating enthusiast, enjoy a direct entrance into the Mississippi with a private boat ramp on site. The Hampton House guests have full access to the house. The house is equipped with a Nest system with key pad entrance. Enjoy the privacy of easy arrival and departure without key pick up or drop off. Need something while you’re staying with us? Continue west into Iowa and you will find the Bettendorf TBX Complex, the Rhythm City Casino and countless restaurants and other local attractions in the quad cities. Stay on the Illinois side and enjoy a concert at the Tax Slayer Center or a fine cuisine meal in downtown Moline.
