Cozy, private room with separate entrance and bath

My home has a great view of the temple and the Dinosaur & Historical museums, hiking, biking and much more are available close by. There's even a grocery store and coffee shop just down the street. I have pamphlets and historical paperwork available to help you decide what you'd like to do during your stay. I am a Superhost because I care about doing my best to help you have a great experience during your stay here. Safe travels and come check out the historic town of Vernal or just relax! It is clean and comfortable and can be as private as you'd like or interact with myself or others in the area. The evenings here in the summer have people strolling for walks, riding bikes, walking dogs etc. There are a couple of sitting areas around my home to sit and just enjoy if you'd like. I also have a garage if you need a place for bikes, etc. I have a hide a bed couch that is quite comfortable to accommodate more than just a couple which requires me bringing in a mattress approximately queen sized for it . If you need the extra bed please let me know ahead of time so I can get help to set it up. I also don't mind pets but request a little extra cleaning fee. Thanks ahead of time! Bedroom and bath. Extra bed available. Kitchen and laundry shared areas but prefer to have guest let me know they would like to use these amenities so we can work that out. I'm usually pretty available and happy to help. The neighborhood has a quiet town flair but close to most everything. The LDS temple is highly visible and always a nice place to stroll. There is a bus stop approximately a block from my home. There is also a taxi service available. Please let me know if you require the extra bed as so I can get it ready. Thanks! : )
