Relax at Mt. Vista

This peaceful home is located minutes from shopping, Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, the Vancouver Clinic, I-5 & I-205, WSUV, the Clark County Fairgrounds, and Ilani Casino. PeaceHealth Hospital and Portland International Airport are 20 minutes away. Relax in a private room that is 16'6"x9'8", located on the main level of our home which is 2340 sf, with your own private bath. Access is shared to the family room, dining room, laundry room and kitchen where views of mature trees may be enjoyed. The home is adorned with antiques and Asian decorations. The room is decorated with antique bird's eye maple dressers, a 1920's spinet desk and Asian artwork. There are black-out curtains, a coffee maker/hot water heater, a plush area rug that you'll love sinking your toes into, a safe, laundry basket, and access to laundry facilities, including an iron and ironing board. The private bathroom has a step-in shower, the usual toiletries in case an item was forgotten and a hairdryer. Meals may be enjoyed under the covered back patio where one may be mesmerized by the mature pine and deciduous trees, listen to the birds and if one is lucky, catch a glimpse of the deer or a coyote. Adirondacks encircle a propane fire place near the cherry tree for night time relaxation. There is access to shared laundry facilities, off-street parking and an assortment of complimentary teas and coffee. We will be as available as you need us to be by phone during the day and we would be happy to visit with you during the evening. Or if you'd prefer peace and quiet, we will respect your wishes. Whichever your prefer, we will make every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The protected green space behind our property is home to an owl, deer, rabbits, and coyotes. Come relax in this peaceful home. In our lovely home, no smoking and no drugs are allowed. We know, we're strange that way. ;) An additional note...both "Relax at Mt. Vista" and "Trees and Tranquility at Mt. Vista" are thoroughly cleaned. I clean remotes, door and dresser handles, and light switches, among many other things. Blankets, the duvet cover and pillow shams are cleaned after use by each guest and the air ducts within the home have been cleaned within the past year. As your host, I do my best to provide a clean, relaxing environment for guests to feel comfortable. If we do not have dates available to accommodate your stay, we apologize and hope that you will consider our other room entitled "Trees and Tranquility at Mt. Vista."
