A newly updated and trendy smaller home with central location to Lewiston and Clarkston, from the airport, to hospital to HWY 95--everything is easy access. The area has an open concept living, kitchen with laundry. Off the kitchen is one bedroom with master suite. All finishes are top of the line and you will feel right at home! This space is located on the lower half of the property. Perfect for medical and business professionals. Please inquire if interested in longer term bookings. My place is great for guests who in town on business, couples visiting the area or any mom or dad in the area for events at LCSC, UI or WSU! I work out of the area, so my personal items remain in a few spaces (pantry and 2 kitchen cupboards. The space is attached to another Airbnb rental, so there is a possibility of hearing other guests in the attached unit. DirecTV, Amazon, Hulu and Netflix are included with the TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and the basic spices. I am gone frequently and so normally send you the code to the door 24 hours before you arrive. The neighborhood is centrally located and the house is easy to access. The house is across the street from Tri State hospital. During the day, there can be some street noise because of the doctor's offices near by, but night time is quiet. The house is close to the levee where you can enjoy walks along the Snake River. To access this unit, you use the white door on the tin side of the home.
