Gas fireplace for fall and winter, and air conditioning for spring and summer. Big screens and sliding doors also allow fresh air. Singles or couples will love hanging out in this special place. Get some sun or gaze at the stars on your own private deck with two luxurious lounge chairs and side table. Privacy is the theme here; this deck is perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon or evening. Or if an evening wood fire and a glass of beer is more your style, enjoy yourselves around our backyard firepit! Outside garden and fire pit. Private deck. Eureka College, college home of President Ronald Reagan, is a short two block walk from this property with a museum and Peace Garden to experience. We are less than one mile from the Cannery Event Center. Bloomington and Peoria are a short drive of 30 minutes. Downtown Eureka is an easy walk to cute shops and great coffee! The County Courthouse and the Hospital are also within walking distance. Other in-town restaurants will satisfy your food needs. There is lots of charm in nearby small towns too. If pie’s your deal, the Busy Corner in Goodfield is 10 minutes away. We'll help you find some fun! Bring extra clothes-you’re going to want to stay longer!
