The Guest House

Have a chance to stay in our 180 sq ft Guest house... The guest house has all of the features of a house just packed into a smaller unique space. You have your own kitchen to cook breakfast, dinner or etc. The guest house is located on 3 acres just off HWY 28. Central Wa hospital is only 6.7 miles away. We are 30 miles from Leavenworth and 45 miles from Chelan. The airport is also a close 4 miles from the house. The Guest House is located just off of HWY 28 making it very easy to find and get to the stores. We went the extra mile and sound proofed the entire house so you don't hear any noise from outside. Both the sliding glass door and window have black out curtains and shades for optimal comfort during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with plates, flat wear, pot/pans and etc. The Guest House sits on 3 acres so it feels like your in nature. It is positioned away from the main house giving you privacy. You don't have to worry about your arrival time as there is a key pad lock on the door:) You will have access to our entire yard... during the summer months you are welcome to whatever is ready. We have a variety of fruit tress, grapes, blueberries and a large garden. There is a small deck on the front and a large deck out the back off the sliding glass door which are great for enjoying the awesome views of the Clockum across the way. We may be home during your stay and or away... either way we are happy to answer any questions and will give you as much space as needed. Since our house and the guest house are on a 3 acre lot there are not neighbors right next to you... We have never had a problem with crime in our area and to reach the house you would have to drive up our long driveway. As mentioned we are right off HWY 28. There is public transportation that passes by our house, the bus stop is 1/4 of a mile from the house which you can take to the station downtown and transfer to any other bus. Do you like to golf or wine taste? Highlander Golf course is 3 miles from our house and Martin Scott Winery is just down the road from the golf course. There is also a nice little golf course in Rock Island that is 4.2 miles from the house. The house is 6.7 miles from Central WA Hospital for any traveling health care professionals. For those looking for a place to stay during a trip to The George Amphitheater we are 42 miles from there.
