Cozy split level home surrounded by trees and large backyard with fire pit and lots of wildlife. Ten minute drive to Plattsburgh International Airport and Ferry to Vermont. Lots of restaurants, art and music within a 5 mile range. Same for Hospital and SUNY Plattsburgh. Close, by car, to many Adirondack trails for hiking, swimming, fishing, boating. Owner KC speaks fluent English and Dutch and has rusty knowledge of French and German :) . Spanish is on the bucket list.... In addition to the bedroom and 1/2 bath, my guest(s) have a private living room with a gas stove, TV, Blu-ray and WiFi . Upstairs bathroom with shower and tub is shared. As my guest, you are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room and enjoy the back deck and yard. I love to chat with my guests and am always available to answer questions or give recommendations for dining, entertainment and sight seeing but do respect their privacy. Walking distance to a wooded trail and river. Quiet residential area. Close to Airport, College, Shopping mall, Grocery stores and theaters. Plenty of parking space in large driveway. Close to Plattsburgh International Airport, SUNY Plattsburgh, Ferry to Vermont, Mall, Target, Lowe's, Best Buy, etc. Downtown offers fine dining, live entertainment and a newly renovated Strand theatre and Center for the Arts, offering plays, comedy and other cultural event.
