Ideal for 2 adults or 1 couple with children. This quiet yet easily accessible property has a shaded and creek-bordered back yard, a 10' x 12' storage shed if needed, includes utilities + WiFi + 'Smart TV' (non-cable programming like Netflix), and a ping-pong table in the dining room! (Yes, there's room enough to play, you just need to move a storage bench out of the way.) Guests have access to the entire property--pets are welcome too as long as they are well-behaved, as flooring is all hardwood or laminate, so no worries about dirt--as long as nothing gets tracked onto the furniture! The neighborhood is made up of mostly small homes, usually quiet except for occasional traffic. The property is within 5-7 minutes of everything local (downtown, grocery stores, schools, parks, library, community pool, shopping, movie theater, gas stations, restaurants, airport, Walmart, liquor stores, etc.), just ask for recommendations! It is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are asked to respect that, thanks! Also, the property is pet-friendly (I have a dog and a kitten myself!), however do not wish to host owners of pit bulls or any kind of pit bull mix--or any other sort of aggressive breed, sorry!
