The space: Sensational, large and luxurious 2400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom home is situated on a quiet, residential street with large deck overlooking Gore Creek and views of the Mountain range galore! You can Fly Fish in Gore Creek right from the backyard in the spring/summer months! It has a one car garage for your convenience on those cold wintery days, but you don't need a car because the home is located on the Free Shuttle Route, which puts you minutes from Ski lifts in Vail Village, Cascade Village and Lionshead Village for all winter and summer activities. Grocery store, restaurants, large park and bike paths are all within walking distance. Located in a hot new area of Vail, with a new Ritz Carlton and other multimillion dollar properties. NEWLY REMODELED with top of the line upgrades. In the main living area there is a large flat screen TV, stone fireplace, dining room table and upgraded furnishings. There are sliding French doors that open up to a deck with seating and a grill. All overlooking exquisite Gore Creek. The master suite also has a stone fireplace and opens up to a patio with a private Hot Tub for 4 people overlooking Gore Creek and serene wooded surroundings. The master bedroom has a King size bed and sitting area, flat screen HD LCD TV. All addt'l. rooms are large and have Queen size beds TV & DVD players. Two additional twin beds are in one of the guest rooms- great for kids. All rooms have beautiful Creek views. We are located right off of I-70, or a 25 minute drive from Vail-Eagle airport. This mountain home offers you all you need for a luxurious and pampered stay! This home accommodates 8 people. Guest access: Guests will have access to free shuttle bus into town, hot tub on Gore Creek, wifi, Sonos compatible surround sound inside and outside, big deck with propane gas grill. Interaction with guests: I can be reached at anytime and have a local property manager if there are any problems. Other things to note: Garage is suitable for compact to mid-size car only. While we love families, I'm afraid we cannot accommodate any children less that 7 years of age. There is an ADDITIONAL 4% Town Of Vail Tax that is not collected by vrbo. This must be paid separately after your reservation is confirmed. You may send a check to the address on the rental contract. Also, there is a signed rental contract required with all confirmed reservations. There is an outside security camera located at our front entrance.
