Two Bedroom space in peaceful home

Entire upstairs floor: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with tub and shower, plus a tv room. This is not a suite, so no private kitchen or laundry. Think hotel rooms, not condo, lol. I have offered the smaller bedroom through air BNB since 2016 and guests have been very happy with the space and location. It is a very peaceful and casual environment. Guests can use the downstairs kitchen and there is a small dining table in the large bedroom. Guests have the entire upstairs floor, which includes a tv room and a full bathroom. My guests and I will exchange numbers to communicate via text. Although I am happy to provide information, I do appreciate my privacy at home and would respectfully request that the guests hang out upstairs to allow me some personal space. That being said, I am friendly and socially competent! The house is in a cul de sac, so the environment is very calm. You can hear some traffic but not enough to disturb. If you do not have a car, please know that stores, groceries, etc are at least a 15 minute walk away. If you enjoy cycling or walking, this is the place for you! If you have a car, you will find the location is perfect, as getting to town or to other activities is only a few minutes drive. The buses in Duncan are pretty infrequent, but there is a stop about 5 minutes walk away. Please feel free to ask questions when you are here.
