The home has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for guests as well. The kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, serving dishes, utensils, coffee, creamer, condiments, spices, cleaning supplies, a smart TV and a blue tooth speaker. Please note: This is a single level home with one step to get inside. No stairs indoors. New WiFi was recently installed and makes working remotely easy! This is the perfect location for any outdoor enthusiast. The Tushar Mountain Range is home to Eagle point ski resort, hundreds of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, a large portion of the Paiute ATV trail and many lakes and reservoirs. Minersville reservoir is also a great location for a day trip complete with swimming and boating. E-bikes, Mountain bikes, UTV’s, Kayaks, Paddle boards, Jet Ski’s and Snowmobiles may be available to rent from local businesses if booked in advance.
