THE KELBY: Private Spacious Suite Near Grand River

Artfully decorated and resort-like, Kelby ABNB. is an absolute gem! It is a 1000 sqft loft on 3 acre wooded ravine: scenic vista with many windows. Half mile from outdoor YMCA trails. Owner provides list of favorite local haunts. Exceptionally clean&fresh.Visit wineries, hike, kayaking, antique stores. Kitchenette/breakfast area with amenities: juice, cereal, breakfast bars, etc. Warm comforters and down pillows, towels, and toiletries provided. Private. Quiet. Comfortable. The space is quiet, clean & private. Cable for sports; Netflix for movies. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other a newer queen-sized bed. Bathroom has two sinks, shower stall and toilet closet. Towels, sheets, & toiletries are provided. There is a stocked mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water boiler, and breakfast/snack foods. There is a table with chairs for dining. Dishes & silverware provided. No smoking permitted in area but permitted on patio. Private access is through a door in the garage. A key will be provided upon request. Hosts Bob & Jeannie are accessible to guests. Standard poodle does not interact with guests unless they ask to meet him. Perry is a township long associated with the Grand River and wineries. It is also just 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 60 minutes from Erie. Within a 10 mile radius, there are 25 wineries! We are also fortunate to have an outdoor YMCA 1/2 mile away from our property ideally suited for jogging and hiking. There are antique shops and restaurants in nearby Madison and Painesville. Parking is readily available outside suite. Gravel driveway is long (approx 150 feet) & fairly steep. In winter AWD or 4-wheel drive is necessary to get up driveway. It is plowed when required in icy/snowy conditions. Parking is available at top of driveway if it is too icy which is rare. Inquire regarding newborns. If both bedrooms are used, there is an additional charge of $25. There is no cleaning fee.
