Top (third) floor, so no footsteps overhead. :-) Quiet location, easy access to/from I-70. Georgetown is a quaint little mountain town with cute shops downtown and a couple of nice eateries, but with limited nightlife. Closest ski/snowboard mountain is Loveland, about 15 minutes west. Several more ski areas farther down the road in either direction. Ice fishing and ice races during winter months on Georgetown Lake. Fishing and festivals throughout the summer months. Hiking, skiing, rafting, and much more. Sorry, but no pets. Also, no smoking. 30 nights minimum rental.
