55+ Gated/Secure Home Approx 20 minutes to Mexico

2 bdrm home, in 55 + gated/secure resort, many amenities. pool, hot tub, bocce ball, pickle ball, exercise rm, rc race track, horse shoe, wood shop, 2-story craft building, (if you're bored: you want to be) On hold during covid..Roomy home, most all supplies . Approxi. 15 minutes to Progresso, Mexico dentists, pharmacys . Large Flea market approximately 5 minutes... Restaurants galore...bird watching 20 minutes .. Rio Grand Boat tour approximately 30 minutes at River Restaurant. No refunds .. Great fun shopping in Mexico and just this side of Progresso. Almost all facilities in the park are open to you. This is much better than a motel and much more reasonable in price. We can be reached by phone almost any time. Texts are preferred. Lots of great shopping, birding, River tours, butterfly sanctuary, Mexico shopping ... items this side of border too ... McAllen and Harlingen are just a hop skip and a jump away.
