Stunning sunrises free in a tranquil, riverfront, apartment with front entrance. Split foyer home, I am upstairs, you are downstairs. 2 separate bedrooms, one overlooking the river. Living room includes dining area, office space, comfy seating, and a massage chair!. Full bath, best showerhead, soaps, shampoos, and towels. Pull out sofa bed for larger parties. Kitchenette has everything necessary to cook with. BWI 20 min, 40 Annapolis, 60 to DC. Patio, fire pit, grill, deck and beach walks. I think the reviews spell it better than I can :-) this is a shared home, I am always available with a text or even better a phone call. If you dont ask i won't know what you need, and im sure i have whatever it is, please make your stay perfect by communicating :-) so glad you chose this sanctuary! When you arrive, park in front of the front door, if you are 2 cars park tightly, that is your entrance, it is unlocked, your accommodations are down the stairs. There is a key for you if you wish. Most of the time I am here if not just a text or call away with any questions. Please no shoes on the carpets there are sanitized flip flops for you. I am often around working from home. I live upstairs quietly and only greet you or engage at your comfort level. The entire lower apartment is yours. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from, one is a cozy formal bedroom, the other is in the 4 seasons living room with a really comfortable pull out and a 2nd pull out sofa bed, right at water view. This allows for 2 couples or larger family set ups. There is a bistro set besides the dining area in the other living room for intimate river view dining, morning coffee, or your blended margueritas. There is a small workout area in the room as well for those that live by healthy :-) nothing fancy but enough to keep a routine. There is a TV in every room with streaming and netflix. The patio and water access is directly off this all glass room. I will only be out there if i am doing yard work and such. The washer dryer is available as well. You can enjoy an even better view from the upstairs deck with dining and lounging and those unbelievable sunrises. Neighbor has some barky dogs but they need love too :-) if you smoke the patio is available for that and an ash can for your leftovers please. Kayaks or easy walk to the beach area might be calling your name :-) see you soon! PLEASE read the house manual with so few rules so there is no question as to what to expect or what is anticipated from you. I have many first time airbnb users and they are not experienced with how things work. I am here to help introduce you to a great alternative to sterile hotels! However please understand this is not a corporate business, it is simply little old me sharing a sweet moment in time. I really want to make this a fabulous time, to do that you need to tell or ask me any questions or concerns. that is my job and Iove what I share. I do not pay for professional cleaning, I'm fussy and need your help keeping things perfect. if something is not working please tell me!! I do not keep the ac below 70. I tried it I froze! I have fans if you need :-) I am always respectful of people's space and the vibes I read, so I will engage if you care to or leave you to your own chill-dom. My schedule is pretty flexible but I do have a full-time job, sometimes I am not able to get back to you right away but will get back asap. I will not hesitate to work with any of your requests but I do have a few house rules and I anticipate most folks respecting as I respect you. Thank you for allowing me to share a splendid staycation! Quiet cul de sac except on 4th of July. There are no crazies running around, a few early rising, annoying, barking dogs. There is shopping close by and a couple of good restaurants you must try El Pilar its phenomenal food! there are a few parks close by, Fort Smallwood and Downs park, Arundel Mills is 20 min away and always things going on in Bmore. Uber is great, you can walk to the river beach but everything else you probably want a bike or a car. Plenty of food delivery here but grocery stores close early. PLEASE DO NOT EAT in the main bedroom. I have the insect guy come but ants are just a pain AND those chocolate melted candies in the carpet are impossible to get out:-) I do not charge a cleaning fee and want to keep it that way so if you have an accident please tell me! I have all sorts of tricks for cleaning. A few 2 year old handprints are expected, but that jelly all over the bedroom dressers TSK TSK! This is my home, I've spent alot of blood, sweat and tears on. so please try to keep that in mind. Accidents happen and I am a very reasonable person, please work with me :-)
