Charming in-law suite w/ use of deck and yard

Charming little house in Highland Park. In-law suite is in the basement and has it's own full size kitchen bathroom. We live up-stairs with our 3 little dogs so we will be available if you need anything during your stay. The in-law suite is set up like a studio and has one queen bed and a small futon bed in a separate room. Please note- the suite is in the basement. You have shared use of the deck/yard Private in-law suite in basement of charming home. Space blocked off at bottoms of stairs by sound deadening curtains and a door to my space upstairs. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Very close to highway and about a 10 minute walk to downtown Highwood and Metra train station. 5 minute drive to downtown Highland Park and shopping. Treadmill, elliptical, weights and punching bag available for your use in garage. You have access to entire basement (set up like a studio apartment with full kitchen and bathroom), back yard, gym, deck and fire pit. We live upstairs and have 3 dogs. We are available if you need anything and I work 10 minutes away. Quiet, tree lined street on the north end of Highland Park. 1 block from Wayne Thomas and Northwood schools and a 10 minute walk to downtown highwood and Metra Car/foot During the summer, the ac is quite cold, so bring a couple extra sweatshirts :) If the gate is closed in back, please make sure you keep it closed so the dogs don’t get away. There is street parking out front. Garbage day is Thursday so make sure your trash is in the BLUE cans on Wednesday night. My neighbor that shares a driveway is crazy. Do not talk to her :)
