Private and cozy room in Georgetown!!

Nice and quiet neighborhood . You have your own room and bathroom. Nice new mattress (Queen) . I have a nice swing by the pond in back yard to swing in while enjoying a cold/hot drink. Anything you need just ask me and I am sure I can help . All toiletries are there if you forget something. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning that is in the kitchen. You can use anything in the house and the grill in the back yard!! And their is a pond that my land borders you may fish in ! You can use anything in the kitchen!! I have a keurig coffee machine with pods I’m usually here, so if you need something, don't hesitate to ask. I’m a 3 miles from front street in Georgetown where the waterfront is! Close to all shopping too! I am only 15 minutes from the nearest beach in Pawleys Island! By car is the best way to get around!! I am ONLY 15 minutes from the nearest beach in Pawleys' Island. I have beach chairs and towels if you need them and a cooler or two. Just come and enjoy the coast of SC. Have a great stay.
