The Bird House, Private Room #2, (double bed.)

If your looking for a good private space with comfortable beds this is your place. This is your interim worker or student housing station. There are 4 separate rooms, so family or other groups are welcome. Please understand that there is a minimum charge for a weekly rate, (firm) as we have to conduct extensive cleaning due to the current medical pandemic. We prioritize for the essential workers. The rooms are left unoccupied for 3 days between renters. Upstairs 4 bedroom penthouse apartment. The rooms are private, there is a self catering kitchen, bathroom and TV Lounge. Restaurants, bars, groceries, post office and convenient store is all in easy walking. The longest paved bike trail in the USA goes right by our location and a minute away is a open pit mine observation point a must see. Nashwauk is only 12 minutes from Hibbing and 23 minutes from Grand Rapids on Highway 169.. All you need is to bring your own toiletries. We provide cleaning up of shared spaces. One towel is furnished per person at checkin, please advise us on best day to change your weekly linens.
