This unique 2 story home is over 100 years old. Newly remodeled, but yet has the charm of being old. Conveniently located near downtown, food and shopping. Easy to access and fully furnished. This will be your go to place for all your stays in Independence. BBQ grill, covered porch and patio, rocking chairs, on demand hot water, high speed Wifi, office, play room, games, free parking. Pack n' play available by request. House sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and a playroom. The office /bedroom downstairs has a twin bed, but does not have a door. It is the only sleeping space downstairs. Note the base rate is for 2 guests, each additional guest is $25/night. Security cameras have been installed to the exterior of the house. Please make sure all guests are properly registered.
