Those who love to boat, kayak, fish, or enjoy nature will bask in the beauty and calm of Milford Haven Hideaway. The loft's open-floor plan provides plenty of space for children to play or yogis to unroll a mat and get energized for a day of exploration in Virginia’s second-smallest county. Kitchen & Dining The open concept kitchen and dining space seats four at the table and two at the breakfast bar. All new appliances, utensils, and dishware. Coffee, tea, and breakfast bars included. Sleeping Arrangements Milford Haven Hideaway sleeps up to four in an open-concept bedroom. Queen bed features a quilted gel memory foam mattress. Bunk beds feature two twin beds with plush memory foam for ultimate comfort, and a curtain for privacy. Outdoor space Pour a favorite drink and grab a seat on the balcony to look out at the gorgeous water. Store your kayaks near the stairs that lead up to the loft, and walk over to the water in the morning to head out on the Milford Haven. Utilize the green space around the loft for picnics and play. Make sure to visit nearby Gwynn’s Island, a popular boating and fishing spot with a public boat ramp. Other fun spots include the Mathews Maritime Museum, New Point Comfort Lighthouse, Haven Beach, and Bethel Beach Natural Area Preserve. Several restaurants and fun shops can be found in the historic Mathews Courthouse area. We recommend dining at White Dog Bistro, Hole in the Wall Waterfront Grill, and Southwind Cafe. Utilize the grassy around along the curved road that leads up to the loft. No use of the dock, please.
