Perfect Rental for Dover Attractions and Beaches

15 minutes from Dover Nearby casinos, beaches, and the racetrack. Bowers and Slaughter beaches are about 10-15 mins from us, whereas, the major beaches like Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey are 45mins to an hour from us. We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us. The guest suite is located in the lower level of my home with a separate entrance. My family and I live above the unit. Although the unit is part of my home, it has been blocked off to the rest of the house and has a separate entrance. Guests have access to all areas within the rental. I encourage my guests to call or text to contact me when needed. Sometimes I feel like guests do not reach out and feel they think they are bothering me, but honestly, I enjoy the interaction with them and just want each guest to feel at home with the space and be comfortable during their stay. Our neighborhood is safe, quiet and pet friendly. It's also a nice place to take a jog, walk or bike ride. There's no public transportation nearby, therefore, it would be best to drive or use Uber or Lyft to get around. Although the space does not have a traditional oven or range, we do have a 2 burner induction cooktop and a toaster oven, and microwave. We also have a small refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans, cutlery, etc We provide a kuerig coffe maker, coffee pods, sugar. and creamer and some teas to choose from along with some light snacks and water.
