Conveniently located just minutes from New Hope, Doylestown, Frenchtown, Peddler's Village, and Sand Castle Winery, just an hour away from Philadelphia, and 90 minutes from New York City, this is a true space to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still having easy access to entertainment, dining, and adventure! Guests will be delighted by the private wooded surroundings and our park-like 2-acre property. Watch the deer graze, listen to the tree peeper frogs sing, and bask in the sounds of the babbling stream flowing in the back yard. The space is ideal for weekend getaways and long-term stays! We strive to create a comfortable, quiet, private, and restorative experience for our guests, and offer tons of amenities to make your stay amazing. Details: The bedroom has a queen bed and a twin pullout sofa en suite, along with shelf storage. There is also an enormous walk-in closet with hangers and extra shelf space in the hallway. The living room has a full size pullout sofa, HD Smart TV with access to all streaming services (access provided to Hulu and Netflix), and two comfy chairs! Linens, pillows and blankets provided for all beds. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the items and appliances you'll need to make amazing meals, which you can enjoy at the 4-person dining table. Please note - this apartment is a loft-style unit that requires guests to walk up a flight of stairs, and is not handicap accessible. We live in the attached house and are usually available should any requests or questions arise. Beautiful, quiet, private rural neighborhood just 15 minutes from New Hope and Doylestown, PA. It is possible to get an Uber to and from the apartment, but you’ll want to book one in advance if needed. New Hope, Doylestown, and numerous surround historical and quaint towns are within an easy and scenic 15-20 minute drive. There are lots of deer in the area where the apartment is located, so if you’re not used to seeing deer, you’ll enjoy seeing them here, but please be careful driving. :)
