Kid and Pet Friendly! Cozy basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood in southern New Hampshire. Located 50 minutes from Boston airport, 1.5 hours from the White Mountains, and 1 hour from the beach it’s a perfect location to take in all of New England! COVID free home with extra sanitizing precautions and sterilizing all surfaces between guests. Close to Nashua and Manchester with easy commutes to Boston, Concord, or Portsmouth! Pets and kids welcome. Toddler and infant beds available. Studio basement apartment newly built, fresh and clean. A very comfortable space for 1-3 people but we are certainly willing to help you fit more if needed. Young children are welcome as we are able to provide bassinets, pack-n-plays, toddler air mattresses with bumpers, and a queen size air mattress to accommodate your whole group. There is a television with 150+ channels with a chromecast allowing you to stream all your favorite shows. The internet is 100+ Mbps and reliable. **NOTICE**: This is a basement apartment and will require stairs to enter and leave. There is a family living above the apartment with no children but 2 dogs which may occasionally bark. You may hear waking feet and dropped items. No parties, drugs, smoking, or vaping will be allowed in or on the property. Alcohol is acceptable in responsible quantities. Guests occasionally have pets so while thorough cleaning is performed between guests, if you have an extreme pet allergy, it may still get to you. Your entrance is private with a separate lock though you do have to pass through the upstairs laundry area. Another locked door separates the laundry area from the main house so you will retain privacy while entering and leaving. You will have 2 driveway spots and plenty of street parking except during winter months with pending snow. Entire basement apartment is available for your use with potential additional storage. Use of the backyard and deck can be worked out with the upstairs tenants if desired. I stay home full time so I should almost always be available just 15 minutes away. If I’m out, I will always have my phone on me and be available through text and calls. Quiet neighborhood and very safe! Very quick access to the interstate. No parks in walking distance, but a soccer and baseball field are 0.75 miles away, a great climbing park for the kids is 2 miles away, and hiking/showshoeing/mountain biking trails are 2.5 miles away. Enjoy tax free shopping at the Premium Outlets only 2 miles away or the Pheasant Lane Mall and Mall of New Hampshire are each 15 minutes away. Also in walking distance are delicious restaurants including Thai food, Sushi, an Italian restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant. Plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around so you’ll never need to wait long. DoorDash/Grubhub/Postmates are also available in the area and can deliver food to you. Unfortunately not a lot of sidewalks around so walking is difficult but doable. Less than a 10 minute drive is a bus station for the Boston Express. Free bus station parking and around $30 round trip into the city. Taking a trip into Boston? Avoid the traffic and parking headache by heading to Alewife station and take the Redline into town. Apartment has separately controlled heat and an air conditioner can be installed as needed. A dehumidifier is run during the summer months and you will be responsible for emptying the water when full. Electrical panel and emergency water shut off are in your space and may rarely need accessed. If the WiFi cuts out, the upstairs tenants can reset the router.
