LIC#240 The Space Your getaway vacation retreat contains a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in picturesque La Quinta, California. The home can accommodate up to 6 people (3 beds). The Living Room: - Open concept living/dining/kitchen - Smart TV with access to live tv streaming (YouTube TV + Netflix) - Sofa with pull-out bed (sleeps 2) - Central heat/AC (Nest smart thermostat) - Wi-Fi internet The Dining Room: - Dining table and chairs The Kitchen: - Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher - Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils - Kitchen island with barstool seating The Master Suite: - Queen-sized bed with comfortable mattress and pillows - Smart tv with access to Netflix - Walk-in closet with hangers - Newly renovated, en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed, step-in shower and separate bathtub - Quality towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hairdryer The Guest Bedroom - Queen sized bed with comfortable mattress and pillows - Smart tv with access to Netflix - All beds are made up with soft, quality linens Guest Bathrooms: - Full bathroom off the hallway with sink, toilet and shower - Bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, and toilet paper The Outdoor Space: - Outdoor table with umbrella & four chairs - BBQ (propane) and grilling utensils Community Amenities: - Guests will have access to Puerta Azul amenities including the pool/spa, tennis courts, bbq, and clubhouse with pool table, ping pong and more. Other Amenities: - There are two large swimming pools (shared) with jacuzzies in the community. Both are within walking distance (few minutes) from the house. - Full-sized washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent is available - Garage and street parking (small, 1 car garage, larger vehicles may not fit) - License #240 Guest access Puerta Azul is a gated community. Upon arrival, guests will receive a gate clicker and a parking placard along with keys to the community facilities. The front door has a smart lock and guests will be provided the code when they confirm their booking reservation. Code will activate on the day of check-in and deactivate during check-out. There is a small, 1-car garage that guests are welcome to use (larger vehicles may not fit) as well as unassigned spaces along the street. Other things to note Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that once you have booked, you may be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. If you decline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking reservation. Due to enhanced COVID-19 precautions, tennis courts and gym use must be reserved in advance. Please let us know if you would like to reserve a time slot for either facility. Extra care is being taken to thoroughly disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. This is in addition to our pre-existing comprehensive cleaning services. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke in the backyard/patio. No pets allowed. The property manager will be available via text or phone call for questions/concerns. She is located about five minutes from the community. Coachella and Stagecoach require a three-night minimum stay. Distance from the property is about 3 miles (5-7 min drive) to Madison Avenue to the polo fields. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. Minut is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is NO electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
