A cozy and warm studio apartment. Conveniently located on Peninusla Blvd. Perfect for your visit to the 5-Towns, whether you're here for business, the holidays, or just to see family. We are empty nesters. Our children have grown up in this beautiful community and our home is now empty. Our family has hosted many guests over the years and we'd love to host you during your visit to our neighborhood. The apartment is a small studio, about the size of a hotel room. There's a kitchenette for food prep, a small living-room/eating area, and a bedroom that's separated by a wall (no door). The unit has it's own entrance so your privacy is ensured. In addition, the unit comes with a parking space for 1 car. The unit is heated in the winter and a window air conditioner keeps it cool in the summer. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge for food prep. We can help with hechsher if you need us to. The unit is also equipped with a 2-person kitchen table, a love seat, and a queen sized bed. While you stay here you'll have access to WiFi and if any additional amenities are needed, we'd be happy to try our best to accommodate. We appreciate that each guest is different. We'll make ourselves as available or as scarce as you'd like. If at any point there is anything you need, my husband or I are just a phone call away. Conversely, if you'd prefer to keep to yourself, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll make sure to minimize contact. As many know, the 5-Towns has a thriving Jewish community, and the restaurants and businesses in the neighborhood are some of the most accommodating to a Jewish lifestyle. If that's not why you're interested in staying here, here are some other great things about the area. There is a lovely 9-hole golf course just a mile away. Also about a mile away is a beautiful park with a gorgeous pond. There are a plethora of shopping options along Central Ave, Broadway, and Rockaway Tpke, all a stones throw away from the apartment. And when a trip into Manhattan is in order, the LIRR can get you to Penn Station in about 40 minutes. There are buses that stop just a block away, but as many Long Islanders know, the most reliable way to get around is with a car. To that respect, the unit comes with 1 parking space for your convenience. For travel into Manhattan, the LIRR station is a 10 minute walk (2-minutes by car).
