The Appell Center, Graham Aquatic Center, Revolution Stadium, York Fairgrounds, York Heritage Rail Trail, and the area's best restaurants, historic sites, and art galleries are steps from your door. We are conveniently located in downtown York. This means that you are probably really close to the amenities that you came to York for, as well as all the sights and sounds that that are part of small city life. The apartment is on the second floor of an historic building, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs. But once you arrive, you'll be drawn in to the clean, modern design and relaxing vibe. The large light filled living room has a sofabed, TV, and workspace. The TV has Netflix, ROKU, and the major networks through the xfinity app. WiFi and free parking are included. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a queen bed. It is necessary to pass through one of the bedrooms to exit the apartment, or to access the kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen is ready for your use and includes a microwave, Keurig, and a few extras to start or end your day. Parties, smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited. No loud noise after 9pm. Please be courteous to your neighbors. For safety and security purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. You'll have access to the entire apartment for your exclusive use. There is one locked closet for storage. Other than that, it's all yours! Our place is part of Royal Square, an area undergoing a revitalization with dozens of new and unique restaurants, coffe houses, art galleries and performance spaces. The Heritage Rail Trail Park begins a few blocks away at the Colonial Courthouse and extends 21 miles through the rolling hills of southern York County to the Mason Dixon line where it connects to the 20 mile Torrey C. Brown Trail in Maryland. York is also known as the Factory Tour Capitol of the World. You can tour the Harley Davidson plant less than 2 miles away. Other factory tours, including Snyders Pretzels, and Hershey's Chocolate Tour are also a short drive away. York is centrally located between Gettysburg and Lancaster, both less than an hour away, with really easy access to major cities like Baltimore (1 hour), Washington D.C. and Philadelphia (2 hours) and New York (3 hours) away. Our place is centrally located within walking distance to all downtown activities and special events. York College, York Hospital, the York Fairgrounds and Memorial Hospital are about 5 minutes or so by car. There is also easy access to historic Lancaster and Gettysburg, both just 30 minutes away. Hershey Park and Baltimore's Inner Harbor are both less than an hour away. Washington DC is less than 2 hours away.
