You will find tasteful furnishings and wooden floors throughout the house. - It has a fully equipped chef's gourmet kitchen with a Wolf Range & Oven, built in microwave, wine fridge and Sub Zero refrigerator. - The dining room features a beautiful marble dining table that seats 6 or more. - The Bedrooms have high end beds and mattresses, luxury linens and extremely spacious closets. - The Master bathroom boasts a soaking tub and rain head shower. - The outside area has a large heated pool with a waterfall, outdoor dining area, gas tank BBQ, heating lamp, and lounge areas. - The 2 large outdoor balconies oversees the Hollywood Sign. - There is Central AC/Heat, high speed internet, 50 inch TVs in the master and living room, plus a 2 x car covered parking garage.
