We are doing our best to get it replaced ASAP. There will be stair access down to the water. - Please make it clear in your reservation how many guests will be staying at the cottage. This ensures we leave enough towels and have enough beds made up. - There is a queen size sofa sleeper. Please let us know if anyone plans to sleep on that so we can have it made up also. -There is a propane grill for use and we provide the propane. -There are two 12-cup drip coffee makers and we provide initial coffee and “fixings” and filters. - There is room for only two cars. If you have more than that, please let us know and we will tell you where to park them up above the property. Please do not park on the grass by the cottage. And please, no boats by the cottage. There’s not room. Contact us ahead of time and we can help with where to park any boats/trailers. (Up by the mailboxes where Pine Road splits - plenty of room for maneuvering.) - We are limited by our rental license to no more than 8 overnight guests. Please do not exceed this number. - Please let us know if you are bringing any dogs. We ask that they be well trained, house broken and no risk to strangers. Please be responsible for cleaning up after them. - We now have a reverse osmosis system for the drinking water so no need to buy or bring bottled water.
