Belgravia Lavender Room

This home was built in 1889 by a wealthy diamond mine bachelor. It was the epitome of fashion and class back in its day. These days it’s been much updated, but still loved and cared for extensively. With a 20 minute drive to Bryce Mountain ski resort, a mile from the Shenandoah River and 30 miles north and South of great shopping malls and movie theatres, Belgravia is ideally situated for anyone who needs a centralized place to stay a few nights. Stay like royalty for the price of the pauper. You have full access to your room and the bathroom. The rest of the house is ours. We’ll do our best to be sure you feel completely alone. Trust us. It’s a big house. On the weekend and in the evenings we could be available to chat if you like, but otherwise we’ll be glad to let you be. We are a ten minute drive into Woodstock where there are a few great places to eat. 15 minutes to Bryce Ski Resort. A half an hour north or south to great shopping and good food in Harrisonburg or Winchester. We’ll show you where you can park. Unfortunately in our small neck of the woods Uber and Lyft aren’t things yet. Perks of living in a small quiet community. Please do not follow Waze map. It will get you lost. If you are coming from the South get off of Mt. Jackson Basye Exit. Take a right off of the exit. Come to the bottom of the hill and take a left onto Rt. 11 North (Old Valley Pike). Follow for 2-3 miles and Belgravia Rd is in your left. Manor House is the first house across the interstate bridge on your left. If you are coming from the North get off of Edinburg exit. Take a left off the exit and come to the bottom of the hill. Take a right onto RT. 11 South. (Old Valley Pike). Follow for 2-3 miles and Belgravia Rd is on your right. The manor home is the first driveway on the left across the interstate bridge.
