TerraStay Farm Cabin 3: in Saxapahaw, 1/2 mi walk!

TerraStay Farm offers sunrise-facing cottages in Saxapahaw within walking distance of the Haw River and all of Saxpahaw (1/2mile). The cottage is furnished with a queen bed with fine linens (600-720 thread count), Amish handmade furnishings, hickory hardwoods, a dining table for 4, a loveseat, coffee table, and a kitchenette. French press fresh ground coffee and an instant kettle are provided. We are permitted up to four guests. There are up to 2 rollaway twins available upon request, FCFS. Disconnect, recharge and enjoy our farm along with all Saxapahaw has to offer! Enjoy meals at the Saxapahaw General Store or buy local produce to prepare your own meals. Purchase sustainably raised meats and charcuterie at the Left Bank Butchery. Visit local farms, canoe, kayak or hike along the Haw River, attend shows at the Haw River Ballroom. Watch the sunset over the Haw River while enjoying a cold beverage on the porch of the Eddy or Cup 22. Sample beer at the Haw River Farmhouse Ales. The cabins have combination deadbolt access for your convenience. I am available through email and by phone to assist with your visit. Saxapahaw got its start as a mill village, spinning and dyeing yarn. Free trade killed the mill and it became a depressed rural area.
