This property is adjacent to a horse farm which boasts a horse in the KY Derby several years ago. ✈ 4 miles to Asbury University & Seminary ✈ 13 miles to Blue Grass Airport, Downtown Lexington, Keeneland Racetrack, Red Mile, Bourbon Trail The efficiency kitchen has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker and sink. If you need anything please let us know and we can see what we can do to make your stay extra special. This mother-in-law suite is an independent living space that is attached to the main house by dead-locked doors. The suite has its own separate entrance. The sitting room area on the first floor by the entrance has a pullout queen sofa (if needed) and full bathroom (with a shower but no bathtub). A loft bedroom is on the second floor that provides stunning views of the pond. It has a full size bed and a small bathroom with a shower. We have a large fenced in backyard that your little furry friends will love as well as fire pit perfect to enjoy the twinkling stars above! Jessamine County Planning and Zoning has inspected and officially approved this site (Short Term Rental ID #8335). The KY Dept. of Agriculture has approved this as a Farm-Stay-Airbnb Agritourism venue. We invite you to enjoy all of the in-law suite, fenced in backyards, fire pit area, and plenty of green space to wander on our property. You also have a private entrance with a code lock. You have access through your own unique code that we provide each guest. We love interacting with our guests, however, we also respect your privacy. You are only a few steps to our front door or a text away in case you need anything at all. This is a farm community that is very peaceful and relaxing. The town of Wilmore is only 4 miles away, Nicholasville and Versailles about 6 miles away, Keeneland and Lexington about 14 miles and the Kentucky Horse park is about 23 miles from here . There is plenty of parking by the entrance. This is a mother-in-law suite. Your suite is a lofted area that is closed off from the main house via a locked door. The lofted bedroom is not a separate, enclosed space. It is one large, open area. Both bathrooms provide showers, no tubs. The upstairs bathroom is small. The small efficiency kitchen does not have an oven. Just to set expectations, the pullout sofa is a queen and takes up most of the sitting area on the first floor when pulled out. Please inquire if you would like some all grass fed and finished beef that is raised on our farm. PET POLICY: - We do allow dogs provided they are house trained. Puppies need to be in their own carrier when owners are not there. - I’m sorry, but we do not allow cats or exotic animals. - We ask that you let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a pet. There will be an additional $15/ animal, which is for extra laundering of dog blankets and light cleaning. If lint rolling or washing is excessive due to fur or mud , there will be additional fees. Any excessive cleaning will be charged an extra cleaning fee. - Dog owners will be responsible for the cost of restoring or replacing any damaged items due to the pet(s). - If your dog is a shedder please don’t let him on the comforters . If you want your pet on the bed please bring a dog blanket (or we can provide one).
