If you are sensitive to outdoorsy smells or burning wood, this is not the place for you. Management follows very strict cdc guidelines and reserves the right to change rules regarding use of the on premise hot tub. Please follow local government executive orders regarding reducing the spread. Access to hot tub could change at any time without notice if state or local laws require use to be limited to the public. The same guidelines will prevail for any other future government regulations. Although the home does have a wood burning fireplace, due to liability it is "for looks" and only to be used in the case of a power outage during winter months. Property management must be notified immediately in the event of a power outage and permission given prior to using the fireplace.
