The Cozy Retreat - Family Friendly!

Welcome to the Cozy Retreat in Byron Center, MI! This private guest apartment has it's own separate entrance with keypad access, parking area and deck located on a large wooded lot in the heart of West Michigan. Easy access to a nearby highway places you just minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Enjoy all West Michigan has to offer from one convenient location, loaded with family-friendly amenities. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Bedroom: The bedroom offers one queen bed, side tables, lamps and a large closet. Additional pillows and blankets are available in the closet. Bathroom: The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, toilet and sink vanity with lots of available storage. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. Kitchen: Small kitchen area contains a sink, microwave, electric oven/range, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker & K-Pods, dishes, spices and other kitchen basics. Living Area: The living room includes a small eating/working area, seating area with TV, toys, games, puzzles and books. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Bedding is provided. TV is WiFi enabled so you can log in to your streaming accounts. Just remember to log out before you leave! Family-Friendly Amenities: Pack & Play, high chair, toys, books, games, kid-friendly dinnerware, child-proof locks available for you to put out if you wish, potty seat. Guests will enter through a keypad on the garage side door and another keypad on the door to the apartment inside the garage. Guests can feel free to use the deck attached to the apartment. Parking is available in the parking area off to the side of the driveway. The apartment is separated from the main house by a door with locks on the guest side and the owner's side. It shares a wall with the main house mudroom, so you may hear your hosts coming and going, but your stay should be private and peaceful! Owners live on the property and we are available and willing to help if you have any issues or questions during your stay. We are happy to make recommendations for local activities, restaurants and shopping if you'd like! You might see us coming and going, or working around the property, but you don't need to interact with us if you don't want to. The Cozy Retreat is located on a large, wooded lot in a rural setting, but is minutes from a highway and many other amenities offered in the city and suburbs. Located 15-20 minutes from the Gerald R Ford International Airport. Located 15-20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Located 30 minutes from the lakeshore. Public transportation is not available at this location, but Uber/Lyft is available.
