Super luxurious Scandinavian chalet 4 stars all inclusive: bedding, towels, indoor spa for 8 people, a large veranda with mosquito nets, BBQ (2 gas tank supplied), and the heated terrace, 2 fireplaces (firewood included), 1 Xbox 360 for children and more! The region is beautiful and the lake is superb. During the Summer season you can rent our pontoon and have access to a private dock and a small adjacent beach. We also lend 2 kayaks (in the summer season only, in October the docks are closed). Beautiful Scandinavian chalet and adjacent to Lake Simon.This magnificent three floor Scandinavian chalet can accommodate comfortably up to 10 people. A luxurious master bedroom is located on the mezzanine with a panoramic view of the lake. This bedroom offers a king size bed equipped with memory foam mattress, a cozy living room and a sumptuous private washroom with a spacious podium bathtub and a wide all ceramic tile and glass doors shower. The 1st floor, a well-designed open area, includes a second bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and memory foam mattress for great comfort. An exquisite kitchen with splendid cabinets, stainless steel appliances and marble counter top has a center island with a built-in wine cellar. The dining room is furnished with an elegant square table and the living room has comfortable sofas, a very large stone mantel glass window Frontenac fireplace with sliding doors to enjoy a warm fire. Both living areas provide a breathtaking view on the lake and the natural surroundings. As well, designed to combine relaxation and leisure, the living room is also equipped with a 60 inch plasma TV and an excellent sound system that are linked to Bell ExpressVu for movies' amateurs. Also on the 1st floor, adjacent to the kitchen is located a three season cedar gazebo with view on the lake and access to the terrace. This gazebo has a dining area, a large built-in BBQ for barbecues no matter the weather, a refrigerator for beverages, and a large sofa to rest. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a large ceramic tile and glass doors shower with body jets to sooth your muscles. At the garden level is located an intimate living room with a wood burning stove for a cozy atmosphere. This living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed and a 50 inch plasma screen linked to a XBox 360 for entertainment and Blue-ray player to watch movies or simply watch Bell ExpressVu. This floor also includes two additional bedrooms for guests. These rooms are each furnished with a queen size bed and memory foam mattress. They both share a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. Surrounding the chalet, the outdoor living areas consist of a vast terrace overhanging the lake with many chairs to contemplate the beautiful scenery or sunbathe. The garden level has a natural stones patio with long chairs giving access to a spa room. The therapeutic spa can accommodate up to 8 people. This all inclusive set-up also puts at your disposal a large cedar dock where you can swim around the dock. Two kayaks free of charge are available for yourself and your guests during the summer season. A luxurious pontoon is also available for rent. Important: We do not provide any food, sugar, olive oil, coffee, condiments, foil or plastic wrap. Remember to bring plastic dishes for your leftovers or ziplock-type bags for your extra food that you want to take back home. Thank you! Near 2 municipal beaches and 15 minutes from SEPAQ. The lake is navigable and you can fish. Free parking for 4 to 5 vehicles. There is a grocery store with a SAQ (liquor store) 8 minutes from the chalet. SCANDINAVE II RULES - For sanitary reasons, no drink or food is allowed in the spa. - Please make sure your children do not urinate in the spa. If we have to come during your stay to empty and clean it, you will have a fee of $150. - No animal is allowed in the chalet, nor shoes. - The maximum number of people allowed in the chalet is 10. If you exceed this number, we will intervene and your additional guests will have to leave immediately. - No Parties are allowed. - The boats such as kayak or pontoon which would be on site and made available to you during the summer period are used at your own risk and the owner cannot be held responsible for an incident which could occur if you decide to use one of the boats. All nautical or other activities are at your own risk. - For the rental of the pontoon: you must book in advance during business hours and before your stay. No rental on the same day will be possible especially if it is a weekend. An agreement will need to be signed and we ask for a security deposit of $ 1,500. You must be at least 23 years old and have a boating license. - You must behave as responsible persons if you rent the pontoon, no nudity accepted. Do not stay docked with guests inside, this has the effect of scratching the side of the pontoon. - You must respect the arrival and departure times. - You must comply with each of the above rules, otherwise you may have penalty fees from the owner.
