Bring your boat and trailer- Warner's Bayou public boat ramp is three minutes down the road. There's easy access to the Manatee River, Palma Sola Bay, and the Gulf. Robinson's Preserve is 4 miles away and Anna Maria Island and the beaches on the Gulf Of Mexico are 7 miles. 2.8 Miles to downtown Bradenton with O'Brick's Irish Pub and Martini Bar and Pier 22. This is a dog-friendly home with prior notice and non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and on flea prevention. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and guests are expected to kindly pick up after their pets. The pool is sparkling and enjoys afternoon sun but is not heated.
