Parking notes: There is a single parking space near the top of the hill at the corner of 12th and Union. It is for a smaller vehicles only. Be mindful that your car does not hang out into the street or you will be ticketed. There is also four-hour street parking Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm (ONLY while HSU is in session.) Parking for more than four hours during this time of year could result in ticketing. After 5:00pm on Friday and for the entire weekend (when HSU is NOT in session) you can park on either side of the street. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
