Great locacation. We are at the heart of three wonderful places! Only minutes from Washington DC, Old Town Alexander and our Newest Attraction National Harbor. Private Room and Bath with Parking. The room has a full size bed, TV, Netflix, Wifi, washer/dryer and kitchen access with all the amenities of home. Ideal for working or visiting the sites! I do have two rooms that are available if you are traveling with family or friends. Please let me know if you need both rooms... Guest will have full access to the Kitchen, Deck, Laundry Room and Patio. To use the Swimming Pool you must First Sign a Waiver Relieving the owner of all Responsibilities. I will be available to answer any questions, and or assistance about the area. Great Neighborhood! Been living here for ten years. I love it, close to DC, National Harbor, Old Town Alexander and quick access to the beltway. The perfect location. Metro or Transit Bus are close by. Bus stop less than 50 yards from my front door. Metro access about 10 minutes away (3.8miles). I do suggest having a vehicle. I do work add hours so I might not be there to greet you at check in. But, don't worry! I will make sure that you have everything you need to welcome you aboard. If You will be staying more then weeks we have extra linen in the closet for you to exchange and wash the sheets. Also wanted to inform you that my daughter and son has a dog and they visit me every other weekend and something bring the dog with them.
