Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill, and visitors are asked to bring their own personal towels and wash cloths. I am easily available through my cell phone. Private and very quiet neighborhood. All roads are paved. The home is available for monthly rent including a 20% discount in rental rate. We welcome extended stay visitors.
