The guest has access to small gym unit, ping-pong table, 3-season porch, kitchen/fridge and living room. The house has beautiful view of trees, lawns & wetland, and is close to parks, trails, schools, shopping centers, highway. Limited public transit is 1/3 miles away. Contact me for questions. The house is on the highland of a very tranquil neighborhood block. The bedroom and bathroom are in the large walk-out basement. From your bedroom window, and windows and glass-doors in the basement, you will have beautiful view of lawn, trees and wetland. High speed WiFi included. Parking on drive way and is free. For your bedroom, it will have comforter, linens, pillows, large closet w hangers, three big drawers of the chest, and end table, lamp and TV. For your bathroom, the bath towels, face cloths, hand soap, and toilet paper will be supplied. You will have access to the rest space of the house, including: 3-season porch, kitchen, fridge/freezer. TVs in both living room and basement, small gym unit (weights, treadmill, yoga mat, exercise bowl…) and ping-pong table. Yes, I will be available with help upon your stay. I live in the master bedroom upstairs. Our very own neighborhood park is just across street. It has playground, soccer/baseball field and walking trails. Biking and walking trails are everywhere. Other local and regional parks with beautiful lakes are couple miles away (i.e. Weaver Lake Park, Fish Lake Park, and French Park, Baker Park Reserve, Elm Creek Park Reserve just to name a few). Shopping centers with various eating options, and grocery stores (Sam’s club, Costco, Walmart, Cub Foods, Whole Foods, Trade Joe ..) are all within 4-5 miles away. Ask me if you need more specific. City of Maple Grove is often rated as one of the best cities to live in America. Maple Grove Community Center, Park and Rec, library, Lifetime Fitness have lot events and activities year around and are all just 4 miles away. Again, ask me if you want to learn more. The house is just 1/3 mile to public transit, 2 miles to Meadow Ridge Elementary School, 3 miles to Wayzata High School, 3 miles to highway 494, 18 miles to downtown Minneapolis, 23 miles to Mall of America. While the public transit is 1/3 miles away, the bus schedule is very limited. If you need get to University of Minnesota or downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul, there are several options, include park and ride which I can provide information in detail.
